This session, hosted by the Building Performance Network UK, will bring you right up to date with the latest policy and process developments in Building Performance Evaluation (BPE) , with a specific focus on the ‘in-use/occupancy’ stage. The new British Standard BS40101 on BPE will be introduced showing how it aligns with the Future Homes Standard/Future Building Standard and Future Homes Hub work in this area. This is followed by a state-of –the- art case study from a leading architectural practice demonstrating successful organizational learning from BPE in action. There is then a presentation on how to use BPE effectively as a process tool within your organization.
