Heat pumps: making the transition

Chaired by Colin Goodwin of CIBSE, this session is targeting to provide technical advice on recent and upcoming CIBSE guidance documents; TM16 Heat Pump Guidance in Multi Residential and also a preview of the BEIS sponsored AM17 Heat Pump Guidance for large non-domestic building (Due to be released April 2022). It will go on to explore the Embodied Carbon Guidance TM65 and TM65.1 to explore the aspects of embodied as well as operational carbon as the pathway to NetZero. The final session is targeted to discuss and provide insight to meet the training, skills and competence requirements to support the UK transition to heat pump technology.
