SPOTLIGHT AREA - WHOLE HOUSE RETROFIT
How can we really get our social housing residents on board with retrofit?
02 March / 14.15 - 15.00
Resident engagement is critical to retrofit. It is undertaken for a variety of reasons, including stronger more resilient communities, driving service improvements, enhancing accountability to residents, and providing social value to individuals and the communities they live in. The benefits of good resident engagement can be considerable in helping social housing organisations meet the retrofit challenge. There needs to be a deep shift in how retrofit is understood, seen, delivered, and maintained to instill trust and behaviour change at every step.
