After 10 years in the IT sector in the UK and Australia, James retrained as a Civil Engineer to be closer to the action. With 14 years’ experience in major projects, 10 of those focussing on BIM, James’s current passion and vocation is driving the implementation of digital technology and workflow to bring efficiency in Kier with a focus on MMC and Digital Twins. James is currently a part-time student at UCL where he is working towards an MSc in Smart Budlings and Digital Engineering.
