Matthew reeves-smith
Matthew is a chartered engineer with over 30 years of experience across multiple retail engineering technical disciplines, he joined Tesco in June 2012 looking after their internal maintenance transformation team where he was responsible for building the long term strategy for internal technical teams. He then moved into the Property division in 2015 to take on the role as Head of Refrigeration and HVAC where is was responsible for leading a group of technical specialists who develop and maintain the business technical standards for these disciplines. He became the Group Head of Engineering in April 2020 and has been instrumental in setting the HVAC long term decarbonisation strategy.
