We know what our visitors want – it’s YOU! They visit...

At Futurebuild, innovation is more than just a buzzword, it’s an idea big or small, goes beyond shiny new things and doesn’t need to involve invention. Innovation will be found right across the event and will include the latest technological advances with improvements to processes and sustainable solutions to make a real difference to the future of the built environment and deliver improved results.

71% of visitors are looking for innovations and we know your company is brimming with them. Use Futurebuild as the platform to launch new innovations and develop profitable relationships, with the specifiers that can influence change.

Futurebuild is the home of innovation where brands of all sizes come together to share exciting new technologies, processes and solutions with visitors who are driving change across the industry.

We’re looking for new suppliers and manufacturers to exhibit with us and meet key decision-makers looking for inspiration in buildings, energy, offsite, infrastructure, interiors and materials.

We know the products and services that our visitors want so we have split Futurebuild into 6 key sections covering each of the product categories, as well as the challenges that each face, to meet their needs - buildings, energy, offsite, infrastructure, interiors and resourceful materials. At the heart of each section sits a Keynote Stage, dedicated to solving the challenges, that each industry faces.

Align your brand with the key challenges affecting the industry – showcase your innovations, demonstrations, interactive features and displays of products in practice.

Futurebuild is the only event in the industry with a higher purpose. It is a catalyst of change.

Driving change in the built environment is a significant challenge, yet huge opportunity for all markets. It needs people with a mindset that is open to new thinking and innovation in all its forms.

Change can be incremental, or radical and disruptive, but without Futurebuild 2020 bringing together key players from across the built environment it won’t happen. Be part of Futurebuild and help change the face of the built environment.

Futurebuild brings together the most important people in the industry around the things that really matter to them.

There are many opportunities available for you to host networking events and each will give you access to the most influential, forward-thinking professionals, that are all ready to change the future of the industry.

The drive for change and innovation will continue through learning and knowledge in the Arena, the home of Futurebuild’s agenda setting conference, six Keynote Stages and smaller Workshops.

Align your brand with the topics and challenges affecting the industry and help change the future of the built environment.

Don't just take our word for it...

  • Futurebuild has given us the opportunity to showcase our expanding offering and to engage with existing and new customers, as well as allowing us to increase the presence of the Hadley brand. The quality of the visitors at the show has been a highlight for us and being surrounded by professional colleagues and fellow exhibitors has allowed us to showcase our innovations in an exciting market.
    Dan Martin
Director of Marketing at Hadley Group
  • Futurebuild is the only event that provides a platform to engage with the B2B market, allowing us to interact with architects and expand our brand awareness. The event has provided us with a lot of exciting leads so far, including architects working on multiple and commercial projects.
    Sara Jeffries

  • Futurebuild really has brought together so many key decision makers, all visiting the event to discover what products and innovations make construction so great, as well as to listen to the prominent speakers on the impressive programme.
    Tracie Reed

  • This is our first time exhibiting at the event and we’ve had a great response from B2B clients who have responded well to our product range. We’ve got lots of leads on interesting and innovative projects we’d like to get involved with. We’ve rebooked for next year based on the feedback so far and our vision is to bring more products to the event.

  • Day one saw loads of people at our stands interested in our easy guides and information on masonry construction. It’s always great to have those conversations, allowing us to give our all the relevant literature to the visitors. On day two, our team on the stand has been having great interactions with some of the more industry experienced visitors.
    Chris Stanley
    Housing Manager at British Precast
  • This has been our first time at Futurebuild and we have already booked to attend next year. We have had some amazing conversations these past couple of days and looking forward to what they will achieve in the future, we have loved Futurebuild!

  • The event is a great fit for us, its focus on sustainability aligns with our own brand values. Last year we launched Reuse Refill Refresh, a campaign designed to educate, and support businesses reduce single-use plastic use in their workplace. We are encouraged to see that Futurebuild has committed to going single use plastic bottle free - this is something we are helping more businesses to do by building awareness around filtered drinking water systems that are mains-fed, so don’t require any plastic bottles.
    Kelly Knight
    Brand Marketing Manager at ZIP
  • We’ve had a great flow and variety of customers, and established contact with many new clients. Futurebuild is the only constructions event in London that we would attend and we see it as a leading platform to showcase our products. We’re very pleased to host our 10th anniversary here after a successful day at Futurebuild and we look forward to building on that success again next year.
    Ashley Shires
    Managing Director at SIAMP
  • Three days in, the empty shelves in our bookshop speak for themselves, we’ve sold lots of books. On a more strategic level, the partnership we have with Futurebuild and indeed our wonderful sponsors at ROCKWOOL and Rockpanel works extremely well for us. It enables us to be here with substantial presence and give an opportunity to one of our chartered practices to actually create something that has major impact. This year’s stand, designed by Gundry + Ducker, has more impact than we’ve ever had before at Futurebuild. As well as that we’ve worked with the organisers to create lots of speaker opportunities for our RIBA president and expert members and practices. It’s a successful partnership and we would most definitely like to build on what we’ve done over the last couple of years.
    Linda Stevens
Head of Client Services at RIBA
  • Futurebuild has given us the opportunity to develop relationships with customer types we don’t always get the chance to speak to and has allowed us to showcase new products and innovations. Our partnership with Colab Professional Development, means that our customers will benefit from educational content long after Futurebuild has finished. The event has also been a great place to launch askACO, a service which will allow us to offer expertise to our customers such as professional development and design support.
    Gemma Burley
    Marketing Operations Manager at ACO
  • We exhibited at Futurebuild 2019 and were seriously impressed by the quality of the leads and general conversations which we had, along with the whole event itself. This event is about serious business and judging from the response we have already received this has been a great return on the investment. So impressed we immediately booked on site for a lot bigger stand for 2020.
    Ben Bishop
    Director at Lumi-plugin
  • The BBA are pleased to have exhibited with Futurebuild for another year as it gave us the opportunity to engage with many of our clients in the construction industry and meet potential new clients who are trying to establish their products in the market. As usual the show was well organised, and responsive to the needs of exhibitors and guests alike. We look forward to enjoying a similar experience next year.
    Wendy Ajuwon
Head of Marketing at British Board of Agrément
  • This year was Islington Council’s first showing at Futurebuild and we were pleased with the opportunity to showcase our Energy Services activities to such a wide variety of attendees.

  • An excellent meeting point for discussions with potential customers, suppliers and even competitors. Always interesting to see what the market has to offer and introduce new products in such a large forum. I hope that the companies involved in the energy sector will realize even more the opportunity to showcase their products and technology allowing the market and public knowledge to expand.

  • District Heating, just like organising an event that draws over 25,000 people in three consecutive days, isn’t always a picnic. Thankfully, with the wonderful support from both the ADE and the team at Futurebuild, we were given access to leading brands and thought provoking seminars. I’m delighted to say that we made the right decision to exhibit at Futurebuild 2019. Futurebuild, and specifically the Energy Zone, gave us the opportunity to engage with new and existing housing associations, Local Authorities and Developers - our key customers. Not only did this prove to be a successful event, but it also allowed us to share our excitement with potential new partnerships, exhibitors and speakers – and of course the visitors - for designing, building, operating and maintaining District Heating systems. Thank you Futurebuild team. You have our commitment for next year!

  • Futurebuild 2019 exceeded our expectations, we had a fantastic response from the many trade professionals who visited our stand , the show was the perfect medium for us to feature both our contemporary furniture designs and our recycled r:eco ranges, with over 320 trade professionals registering with us for a post show follow up it was a great result for us, so much so we have signed up for Futurebuild 2020.

  • FutureBuild 2019 was the first major exhibition we have attended and our expectations were certainly exceeded. It was very well organised and offered a myriad of opportunities both at the event itself and during the months leading up to it to promote our brand and product offering. We experienced a steady stream of visitors to our stand over the three days and now have a wonderful opportunity to follow up on the numerous leads we received. We feel strongly that we have benefited from a good return on our investment and we have already committed to exhibiting at FutureBuild 2020.
