We can achieve a five day turnaround from survey to planning application using company owned drones and terrestrial 3D scanners using in- house CAA licensed drone pilots and surveyors.

Through continual investment in our own 3D terrestrial scanners and drones coupled with extensive staff training and UAS pilot licensing we are able to undertake the entire survey and design process in-house.

That means we can deploy the right team with company owned equipment in record time precisely where it is needed at short notice.

Using our measuring drones and 3D modelling software means we can provide you with a 15mm accurate 3D model of the entire property externally even when you don’t need drawings completed just yet.

That allows you to undertake external material take off’s from your desk. No need to visit site and climb a scaffold to measure anything – it can all be done on your PC.

Whether it’s the dimensions, area and number of windows to be replaced or total length of downpipes – it can all be measured in the software to 15mm accuracy.

This also avoids potential measurement disagreements later as its all there, recorded for everyone to see.

Measuring from a 3D model is beneficial when you don’t require full designs to be completed but still have to provide an accurate material take off and cost.

Moreover, if/when you later require designs to be carried out (ie for planning permission) we already have the survey completed with all the data we require. No need to return to site and re-survey which means we can deduct the original drone survey cost from the design cost. In effect the service becomes free!

Condition Surveys:

Quite simply there is no better, cost effective way of determining the condition of hard to reach/see areas than using a 4K high resolution commercial drone.

No need for inspection platforms or scaffold – our drones can show you in precise detail any problem areas impossible to see clearly from the ground.

Not only that, with the 3D model automatically produced you can measure the repair work required to fix the problem without having to visit site.

Our 3D Model software will even print out a condition report for you along with 4k resolution pics, description and priority for each defect found.

Thermal Performance Surveys A Cinch With Our Thermal Drones…

By harnessing the power of the thermal imaging technology that comes with the latest drones by DJI, we can identify areas of heat loss within buildings or structures in record time. By capturing high-resolution thermal images from an aerial perspective we can identify key areas requiring improvement works.

For SHDF works, before and after thermal performance surveys are absolutely critical in not only determining energy deficiencies in the building envelope but also proving where upgrade works have been successful.

As we are able to undertake the measured survey for the designs and thermal survey for the energy assessment simultaneously you save time, money and inconvenience. As we don’t need access to the properties we can typically survey around 10 properties per day so you can get your critical data and proposed works justification in as little as 5 days!
