A three-time H&V News Award winner for district heating schemes, Kensa Contracting is renowned for its innovative ambient Shared Ground Loop Array systems deployed in social housing retrofits and social and private new build developments. Large scale uptake of ground source heat pumps in social housing can deliver carbon reduction targets and help alleviate fuel poverty.

Kensa Contracting has designed and pioneered Shared Ground Loop Arrays which are an award-winning approach to Fifth Generation District Heating. Kensa’s SGLAs provide flexibility and independent billing for end-users.

Currently, Kensa Contracting have helped to deliver the largest shared ground loop array heat pump system in England and the UK’s largest gas replacement programme with ground source heat pumps.

Kensa Contracting can provide a fully Microgeneration Certification Scheme (MCS) accredited ground source heat pump installation service that fits with existing supply chains and client requirements. Kensa Contracting can help identify the best funding routes for applications from a variety of schemes.
