Westdale Midlands Ltd is a large scale social housing refurbishment principal contractor providing direct in-house delivery of whole house retrofit and decarbonisation measures.
We have successfully delivered some of the largest SHDF funded projects undertaken to date, and are currently strategically supporting both existing and new clients with their Warm Homes: Social Housing funded projects due to commence Spring 2025.
Uniquely to Westdale is our ability to deliver virtually all work scopes in-house at scale. This provides clients with both the comfort and confidence that we retain full control from concept of scheme to completion. Be this through early engagement with retrofit partners or managing or submitting planning submission, or by our design expertise which through many years of experience in the refurbishment world and early adopting of the principles of PAS places us at the heart of being a significant contributor to detailing bespoke to the project, which then enables outputting to be achieved, rather than schemes stagnating due to missing, late or absent design. Our in-house delivery extends to providing roofing, kitchen and bathrooms, gas and heating, ASHP’s and solar, external wall insulation and all other types of insulation systems, windows and doors, these all being divisions within Westdale.
Our clients employ us as not only do we deliver an award winning standard of work and finish but also that we hold their residents close to our hearts as we at all times look to serve these in the most professional but caring way possible. We develop through early engagement with both the local community and the residents a bespoke customer service and customer journey, so we at all times are seeking nest practices to limit and reduce and disruption resultant from the works being undertaken.
