Compacfoam is lightweight, versatile structural insulation which is primarily used in construction.

The material is EPS, expanded polystyrene, which is processed in such a way that it retains its thermal qualities and gains the ability to support very heavy loads and retain screw fixings.

Large blocks of material are produced with different densities and properties.

At Compacfoam UK we cut and process the material to suit your application so you don’t have to adapt your design details to make it fit.

Compacfoam is primarily designed as a structural thermal separator to overcome cold bridging in buildings although with some imagination it has endless uses.  The material is used in the caravan and campervan industry and also for yacht and boat building due to its lightweight properties.

It can easily be adapted on site if it is a bit tight or the specification changes slightly. It can be stacked to make it thicker and planed to make it thinner.

We supply ancillary items which complement the material and we are happy to help out with some design or installation advice with the backing of the technical team in Austria.

Although we make the material to your dimensions our cutting and machining equipment does enable us to supply the product in a relatively short timeframe so it can be incorporated into the build without any delays.
