Passive House Plus is a quarterly, editorially-led title set up to help design professionals, developers, contractors, and their clients build highly energy efficient, comfortable, low environmental impact buildings.

This award-winning Irish green building magazine was launched in 2003, originally under the name Construct Ireland, before, in 2012, evolving into "Passive House Plus—Sustainable Building" magazine as a specialist trade title focused on high-performance building, sustainable construction, and as the partner magazine of the Association of Environment Conscious Building.

Today, Passive House Plus is published in separate UK and Irish editions—in print and digital versions. 

Since 2021 the business has further evolved, developing into a Zero Ambitions Podcast and built-environment consultancy, Zero Ambitions Partners.
