Making Retrofit Work: Lessons from Leeds and Beyond
This RISE & Efficiency North led session draws on insights from delivery in Leeds to explore the realities of delivery, from building resident trust to managing supply chains and developing the skills needed for scale. Through a short film and peer discussion, we’ll reflect on what’s working, where challenges remain, and how programmes can evolve to deliver better outcomes. Designed as an open learning space, this session invites participants to share experiences, challenge assumptions, and build confidence in delivering retrofit.
