Circling up, circling down
In a low-growth or no-growth economy, can the Circular Economy help ensure everyone has the means to live a flourishing life? And if so, how? Is the Circular Economy a way to kick-start new seams of economic growth and bring prosperity that way? Can a Circular Economy ensure that the resources we all need circulate through the economy in a way that allows us to thrive? How should we be designing and maintaining the built environment to ensure everyone has access to healthy resilient shelter even as the economy is undergoing challenges and changes?
