Planning Inspectors are accepting higher standards for where and how to build in local authority Local Plans as they can now provide an evidence base. Leaders in the field are calling for these higher standards to be adopted nationally. While developers would like one set of metrics and a simpler, more efficient system. How can these supposedly conflicting needs be met? Short presentations from leaders in the field will be followed by a 15 mins panel discussion and audience Q&A.
