Pete Mills has over 45 years’ experience in the heating industry and is Chair of the MEHNA Heat Networks Group, which is part of the Energy Utilities Alliance. Heat Networks have become a key focus of Pete’s work for Bosch Thermotechnology over the past 20 years as Technical Operations Manager. He is one of the manufacturer’s representatives sitting on the BESA HIU Test Standard steering group and has been involved with the Heat Network Technical Assurance Scheme (HNTAS), sitting on two of the working groups as well as the TS1 committee. Pete has recently been the lead author of the MEHNA HIU installation and commissioning guide, as well as the drafting panel for BS 8635 dealing with HIU installation.
