Retrofit has a critical role to play in moving beyond “doing less harm” towards a genuinely regenerative built environment, one that restores ecosystems, supports human health, and strengthens communities. This panel brings together leading voices from across retrofit practice, policy, standards, health, and heritage to explore how retrofit can deliver environmental, social, and health co-benefits at scale.
