Area Operations Manager

The Asphalt Operations leader will drive Health & Safety, Environmental, Financial, and Operational performance while achieving sustainability targets and managing Capex. Key responsibilities include managing all asphalt operations, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental goals, delivering Capex projects on time and within budget, and continuously improving performance and efficiency. The role also involves analysing KPIs, optimising production, ensuring high-quality standards, and overseeing logistics and recycling operations to meet business and customer needs.
