The Assistant Quarry Manager will lead the operational team, ensuring performance targets are met in safety, environmental standards, cost control, quality, and service delivery.
Key responsibilities include driving continuous improvement, optimising resource use, ensuring high-quality standards, and managing operational costs. The role also involves working with logistics and technical teams to enhance production, customer service, and process efficiency. The manager will focus on training and developing personnel, ensuring accurate management information, and implementing effective operational controls across health, safety, environmental, and financial aspects.
