As a business developer, you will drive our Bricsys 24/7 sales development across the Benelux countries within the AEC industry. You will work closely with Bricsys HQ to achieve your goals and build a pipeline of Sales Opportunities. The successful candidate is expected to be hands-on with pipeline creation, self-motivated to drive opportunities through the entire sales process, and determined to truly understand prospect needs in order to establish long-lasting mutually beneficial relationships. This role can either be HQ based in Ghent (Belgium), or can work from any other BeNeLux country (home-based or at a Hexagon PPM office location).

Responsibilities
Generate and close new business opportunities to fuel the sales pipeline within your territory.
Understand the customer’s objectives, buying criteria, and decision-making processes.
Execute and coordinate product demonstrations, sales proposals, tenders/bids, contracts, distribution partners, and marketing initiatives.
Provide forecasting and updates to management.
Develop new business via telephone and mass communication such as email, social media, industry events, etc.
Respond to customer inquiries in a prompt manner. Handle or delegate accordingly.
Provide customer quotes, proposals, and product information as required.
Maintain knowledge of Bricsys products, competition, and industry trends
Qualifications
You have experience in SaaS solution selling in the AEC industry
You are very capable of managing a customer base through a sales cycle to the mutual benefit of all parties
You believe in a customer-centric approach where it’s important to listen and can truly understand the core business requirements in our customer segment
You have a good understanding of CAD, BIM, and CDE market, competitor landscape, and product
You have excellent planning, verbal/written communication, and problem-solving skills.
You are comfortable working with virtual team members.
You are fluent in Dutch, French, and English
