Available as a full time, permanent position and can be based out of anywhere in European or Asian timezones, or be in our HQ in Helsinki, Finland. The role requires professional fluency in English, other languages an advantage.
What you’ll do:
Get and stay up to date with the One Click LCA platform inside out to be able to help others
Helping our customers with their queries and their resolution related to the software, building and product LCA & EPDs
Host and deliver kick-off and other training sessions for our users
Writing and contributing to guidance articles
Identifying customer experience improvements and raising them to Product Management
Support LCA projects and other ad hoc undertakings with your expertise
Own the Customer Success role in your appointed segments, taking care of queries and local specific solutions.
What you need:
Ability and motivation to become expert in construction sector LCA software
Fast learning skills and desire to improve constantly
High customer and service orientation, with attention to details
Ability to quickly analyse client situation and to find most suitable solution for them
Excellent communication skills both externally and within the team
Degree or experience from LCA, building sustainability or related area is an advantage
Experience in technical support, product training and process documentation is an advantage
Other languages are considered as an asset.
