Welcome to the technical manual for Futurebuild 2020
This manual has been put together as a reference to use whilst planning for the event. Taking the time to read through now, will ensure that you are well prepared for the event and enable you to make the most out of your time onsite.
Please pay particular attention to the checklist & forms section. Whilst not all are forms compulsory, the exhibitor insurance form, health & safety declaration and exhibitor badge forms must all be completed prior to your arrival onsite and before you can occupy your stand at Futurebuild.
Early ordering and the prompt completion of forms for any extra services will not only give you peace of mind, but will also ensure you do not incur any late order surcharges. Please refer to the checklist & forms section for further details.
It is also important to ensure that you are familiar with all show and venue regulations and that these have been shared with any third party contractors you may be appointing to work for you on the event.

Delivering over 20,500 visitors and 400+ brands, Futurebuild 2020 was a huge success. We saw an impressive increase in the number of senior level decision makers with a 60% increase in architects and 78% increase in sustainability managers. Exhibitor satisfaction was at its highest for years and this was reflected by a record number of exhibitors rebooking their 2021 stand space onsite.
