Alison Skillen is an experienced Project Director with over 20 years of experience in managing large-scale projects. As a Director at Turner & Townsend, she leads technical support teams and develops complex solutions for decarbonizing the built environment. Alison has successfully directed numerous high-profile projects, including her current role as the Project Director for the DESNZ RISE Interim Delivery Model providing grant assurance and technical support for the Warm Homes Schemes. Her previous roles including working what was BEIS across social housing policy and delivery including innovation within retrofit and digitisation of retrofit, she spent over 10 years as Cisco certified network design engineer and lead an environmental charity providing decarbonisation strategies, planning and support to Local Authorities across Hampshire . Alison holds a BSc in Environmental Management and Technology and is a Chartered Environmental Manager.
