Andy Nolan

Assistant Director City Sustainability , Sheffield City Council

Over 25 years of experience in sustainable development and multi-agency working on programmes and projects to realise real change working for the universities of Bradford, Leeds Beckett, Sheffield and Nottingham and two stints at Sheffield Council (2005 - 2013 and 2025 - present). I am Founder and former Chair of the Core Cities Climate Change Group, past Chair of the Association of University Directors of Estates (AUDE) Sustainability Advisory Group for 6 years and serve as a Fellow at the Environmental Association for Universities and Colleges (EAUC).
