SuDS Programme Lead , Southern Water

I lead Southern Water’s SuDS (Sustainable Drainage Systems) Programme across Sussex, Brighton, and Surrey, working with Local Authorities to retrofit SuDS that reduce surface water flood risk, alleviate pressure our network, and help reduce Combined Sewer Overflows (CSOs).

Previously, I managed East Sussex County Council’s £4.4 million Blue Heart Project, part of DEFRA’s Flood and Coastal Resilience Innovation Programme.

In 2024, I was proud to receive the Environment Agency’s Flood and Coastal Early Careers Award, recognising my contribution to innovation in flood risk management
