Anthony McCloy is a Chartered Engineer working exclusively in the water sector since 1998. Since 2003 he has focused on SuDS design and flood risk. He has authored SuDS Guidance documents and is a key tutor for National SuDS training workshops since 2006. He is Managing Director of McCloy Consulting who are a multi-disciplinary consultancy providing services for land, water and nature.
