Arnout has been working in construction, housing, and energy retrofit for more than 3 decades.  He is a self-confessed (accidental) PAS2035 expert, but despite this he does actually understand retrofit delivery in the real world!  Arnout’s two current clients are Birmingham City Council, supporting their journey to excellence in retrofit; and Midlands Net Zero Hub, working with their consortia members to help to deliver robust projects under Warm Homes funding.
