Chinyelu is a Managing Director focusing on Sustainability Advisory for clients across commercial real estate, housebuilders and housing associations at Lloyds Bank.  Her team supports clients with green and sustainability linked transactions and recently developed the first transition-linked loan offering for real estate.  Alongside this she prioritises developing insight which supports clients optimise strategic investment decisions that deliver resilience and opportunities which are critical in a volatile and evolving landscape.  She represents Lloyds on various industry committees and collaborates with bodies such as the Green Finance Institute, UKGBC and Real Estate Balance.  Prior to joining Lloyds she worked as a finance lawyer in the City and was at the forefront of developing a legal understanding of Sustainable Finance.
