Craig Dolan is a Senior Product Manager specialising in low-carbon heating and hot water systems, with over 15 years of experience driving the adoption of electrified heat across residential and commercial markets. Working with Dimplex, Craig focuses on translating emerging technologies into practical, scalable solutions that meet real-world regulatory, performance and customer needs.

His work spans heat pump systems, ambient loop networks and hot water storage, with a strong emphasis on whole-system thinking, balancing carbon reduction, energy efficiency, occupant comfort and long-term value. Craig is particularly passionate about bridging the gap between policy ambition and on-site delivery, helping installers, developers, local authorities and housing providers implement future-ready heating strategies.

As a former Chair of the Heat Pump Association, Craig has played an active role in shaping industry dialogue around standards, regulation, market readiness and policy.
