Craig Madders is Founder and Director at Value Optimised Retrofit (VOR), leading retrofit strategy and PAS 2035-compliant delivery at scale. A Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Building (MCIOB) and qualified Retrofit Coordinator, he brings extensive experience delivering complex new build and retrofit projects from senior roles at leading multinational contractors, including Skanksa, Bouygues UK and BAM Construction.

Craig is known for combining technical rigour with practical delivery, supporting high-quality retrofit across complex housing portfolios. As Vice Chair and founding member of the Association of Retrofit Consultants (ARC), he works with DESNZ and industry leaders to help shape retrofit standards across the UK
