With more than 15 years’ experience across the construction and social housing sector, Ben brings strong leadership, technical expertise and a deep understanding of the evolving retrofit landscape. He is responsible for driving Guildmore’s retrofit strategy, from funding and bid development through to programme delivery and completion, ensuring compliant, consistent and scalable outcomes.

Ben has extensive experience overseeing large‑scale retrofit and decarbonisation programmes at a national level. His focus is on safety, quality, resident outcomes and long‑term performance, aligning delivery with changing funding mechanisms and regulatory requirements.
