Danny is a Senior Development Manager at General Projects and a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
At General Projects, Danny specialises in the reuse and repurposing of existing buildings, with a focus on sustainability, thoughtful design, and community benefit. He believes that creatively reimagining underused spaces can better meet future needs, support sustainable development, and preserve the unique character of locally significant places.
Danny recently completed Metropolis, a 174,000 sqft, hybrid steel & CLT office that has achieved BREEAM Outstanding and EPC A. The original structure was retained and extended by 40% through an impressive terracotta courtyard extension.
