David is a Director within Turner & Townsend's Real Estate Sustainability Team. David has spent over 20 years working in client facing roles delivering bespoke projects and programmes involving business support and consultancy relating to the sustainability and procurement agendas with a specific focus on zero carbon strategies, building retrofit (energy efficiency and renewable technologies) and innovation. David is the Programme Director of the Department for Energy Security and Net Zero funded Retrofit Information, Support and Expertise programme
