David Smith is an Independent Consultant focused on infrastructure delivery and sustainability. He has over 30 years of experience within the infrastructure industry working on strategy and delivery of infrastructure around the world. David is a Fellow of the Institution of Civil Engineers and co-lead of the Resilience Community initiative on resilient infrastructure. He is an active proponent of sustainable, resilient infrastructure and is engaged in various institution and industry groups. David has completed the University of Cambridge Programme for Sustainability Leadership, he has a Master of Business Administration from Henley Management College, and is a graduate of Harvard Business School’s Advanced Management Program.
