Deborah Chittenden has over thirty years’ experience leading transformational change and delivering meaningful results across both the public and private sectors. Deborah joined DESNZ in October 2024 to work within Net Zero Buildings. Prior to that Deborah worked for 17 years in the Home Office as Director for Strategy and Transformation within Passports and Immigration. Before joining the Civil Service, Deborah was a Partner in a global management consultancy firm, specialising in programme management and implementation of large-scale business change with associated IT systems across a range of industries including financial services, utilities and insurance.
