Dhruv Shah is the co-founder and CEO of Anzen, a London-based climate tech startup developing next-generation solid-state heat pumps for low-carbon homes. With a background in architecture and industrial design, Dhruv has worked at the intersection of buildings, sustainability, and product innovation, focusing on practical solutions to decarbonise heating.

At Anzen, he leads the company’s vision, product strategy, and partnerships as it transitions from prototype to pilot deployment across the UK. His work centres on rethinking how heating systems are designed, manufactured, and adopted—making them simpler, more efficient, and accessible at scale.

Dhruv is particularly interested in bridging the gap between deep tech innovation and real-world implementation, working closely with housing providers, councils, and industry partners to accelerate adoption. His broader mission is to help make low-carbon living the default, not the exception.
