Dr Chunli Cao

Chief Executive Officer , Healthy Air Technology

Dr. Chunli Cao is a PhD-qualified, Chartered mechanical engineer with a track record spanning industry, consultancy and building standards. She has held senior roles at Alstom Power Plc and the Building Research Establishment (BRE), and later working on BREEAM in Asia, helping scale sustainability practice across China and the wider region. She was elected a Fellow of CIBSE in 2015 and a Fellow of the IMechE in 2025. In 2018, she co-founded Oxford-based Healthy Air Technology Ltd (HATL), focused on practical indoor air quality solutions, now selling into six countries through strategic partnerships and manufacturing collaborations.
