Dr Efrosyni Konstanitnou is Associate Professor in the Strategic Management of Projects and an expert in Executive Education at the Bartlett School of Sustainable Construction (BSSC), UCL. She has developed the notion of the politics of the self and leads an interdisciplinary programme of research on the politics of the self – the permanent political relationship we all have with our self - in connection to ethics, professionalism and Grand Challenges. She is Senior Fellow of the Higher Education Academy in the UK and Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts. She is Director of Ethics and Chair of the Local Research Ethics Committee at BSSC and Founding Chair of the Post Experience Education Working Group at the British Academy of Management. With more than 20 years of experience, Effie helps people and organisations shape and achieve their vision, and make difficult, ethically challenging decisions at the strategic level.
