Managing Director , Warmer Homes London

Eleanor Purser is the Managing Director of Warmer Homes London, whose mission is to make Londoner’s homes greener, healthier and more affordable to heat. Created in joint partnership between the Mayor of London and London Councils, Warmer Homes London forges partnerships London boroughs, national government, housing associations, building contractors and professional skills trainers to scale up the rate at which London’s 3.7m homes are retrofitted.

Having served as Interim Director since January 2025, she has previously held roles including Co-Strategic Director at the London Borough of Lambeth, Director of Regeneration at Notting Hill Genesis, and Executive Head Economic Development, Development Planning and Sustainability at the London Borough of Sutton.
