Eleni Polychroniadou is CEO and co-founder of Sintali, an independent environmental verification company supporting real estate projects globally and locally, operating across more than 100 countries. Under her leadership, Sintali has issued over 200,000 certifications across multiple asset classes, working with developers, investors, and public bodies to embed and verify sustainability into real development decisions. Sintali works across multiple standards including EDGE and Building with Nature, supporting projects from early design through delivery and ongoing operation. Eleni's strength is connecting market drivers, particularly finance, risk, and policy, with verified sustainable outcomes to increase uptake across the real estate value chain. In her spare time, Eleni serves as a Trustee of the National Biodiversity Network Trust.
