Emily Auckland is Network Director at UK Stakeholders for Sustainable Development (UKSSD). UKSSD brings organisations together to accelerate progress on the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) in the UK. The initiative creates an impact through the collaborative actions, combined expertise and cross-sector influence of its cross-sector partners.
In 2018 Emily coordinated the inputs of over 100 organisations on a project which resulted in the first comprehensive assessment of UK performance on the SDGs. The report, Measuring up, provides organisations in the UK with a starting point for collective action on the biggest sustainability challenges of our time.
Emily has a background in social justice and community development NGOs, is a Fellow of the RSA, former Trustee of the Foundation for Democracy and Sustainable Development, and Edie Sustainability Leader of the Year 2019 Finalist.
