Gavin started his journey in the social housing sector in 1994, following a post-graduate diploma in housing studies. He has overall responsibility for housing asset strategy at Camden Council and making sure its 33,000 homes are well maintained, safe, efficient, and that tenants are satisfied with property services to their homes and related assets. He provides strategic leadership in property management, including the retrofit programme for Council homes.
