As a founding director of Hackney based Office S&M Architects, Hugh leads the design and delivery of the office’s major public projects, including new build housing, education spaces, and community buildings. His pragmatic and informed approach ensures clients receive innovative solutions that respond directly to real-world urban challenges. This spans engagement and co-design, through to compliance and delivery, to bring the best of each sector to both his public and private clients.
