Ines Wittke is a Senior Policy Manager in Public First’s Energy and Environment Practice, specialising in how public opinion shapes energy policy and delivery. She combines a background in opinion research with deep sector knowledge to help policymakers and industry understand how people think about issues such as net zero and energy markets.

Her previous work includes leading research with the MCS Foundation on how to improve public engagement with home energy upgrades, including retrofit and low-carbon heating.
