Jamie Brookes is the Director of Green Funding Solutions (GFS) at E.ON UK, leading a nationally significant business unit focused on delivering government‑funded energy retrofit programmes that directly support the UK’s Net Zero ambitions.
In this role, Jamie provides strategic leadership across operational excellence, compliance, and cultural transformation. He is accountable for ensuring robust governance and data protection standards, embedding effective CRM and performance frameworks, and driving end‑to‑end process optimisation through digitisation. His approach is centred on eliminating inefficiencies while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and compliance.
Under Jamie’s leadership, GFS has scaled substantially and successfully delivered large‑scale retrofit programmes including LAD, SHDF, and HUG. A key milestone during his tenure was achieving ISO 45001 accreditation, reinforcing GFS’s commitment to process safety and strong operational discipline.
