A Chartered Engineer with nearly 20 years of experience in complex thermal design, Jez brings a rigorous, "engineering-first" perspective to the renewable sector. Since designing his first heat pump system in 2007, he has navigated some of the UK’s most demanding architectural challenges - from high-tech laboratories and leisure centers to Grade I listed Cambridge College buildings.

Following a 15-year career as a lead consulting engineer, Jez transitioned into the distribution sector to bridge the gap between sophisticated technical design and large-scale product delivery. At City Plumbing, he oversees an expert in-house design team, ensuring that whole-house renewable packages - integrating both Heat Pumps and Solar PV - are specified with absolute precision.

By combining his personal engineering pedigree with the national infrastructure of City Plumbing, Jez offers new-build developers the technical integrity of a consultancy backed by the massive supply-chain power of a market leader.
