Joel De Mowbray is the founder of Yes Make and a Co-founder of Tipping Point East.

Uniquely, Yes Make work across Film & Tv, the Built Environment sector and Cultural Institutions to recover high quality materials that would otherwise go to landfill or incineration. Instead they use these to design and build public buildings, spaces, structures and artefacts as well as re-supplying materials to support the decarbonisation of the industries they serve.

Tipping Point East (TPE) is the largest circular construction hub in the UK based in Newham, east London. TPE brings together material reuse, low-carbon construction, training and cultural activity to support a just transition in the built environment.
