Justin is focused on developing CIHT’s policy and technical work and has internationally through the World Road Association (PIARC) on the exchange of knowledge on roads and road transport policy and practices within an integrated sustainable transport context. He holds a Masters from the University of Edinburgh and has a postgraduate qualification in Financial Management.
