Kasang is Founding Director of Ksquared who help Social Landlords in asset management aligned to sustainability targets and strategic plans, specifically defining ways to fund, design and deliver retrofit works. Ksquared offers a holistic cradle to grave service defining a more streamlined, quality driven and value for money route to completion. As a social enterprise, our values are embedded in everything we do, we are motivated to leave a true impact to residents by improving their comfort and alleviating the cost-of-living crisis.

Kasang has +15 years of experience in the construction industry. She is a Chartered Architect, Project Manager and Retrofit Coordinator. She started her career in the private sector working internationally for high-end residential and commercial clients, seeing her early efforts win awards. Throughout her career sustainability has been the golden thread running through all projects; having previously been a LEED AP and currently qualified as a Retrofit Coordinator, she specialises in sustainable design, retrofit practices, funding vehicles, appraisals and business case viability.

Kasang is also a Trustee for BDGiving, a Design Council Expert and a Design Review Panel Member for both Hackney Design Review Panel & Folkestone and Hythe Place Panel.
