Kate is the RISE technical lead, managing a team of sustainability and retrofit specialists who provide end to end project retrofit guidance to housing providers and local authorities. Kate has worked in the sector for over 15 years, the last three in the current role. She has direct experience of delivering retrofit at scale for social housing, local authority low income, private rental and the able to pay sector.
