Programme Manager (Domestic Retrofit) , North East Combined Authority

Laura is a Programme Manager within the North East Combined Authority's Clean Energy and Environment Team, leading the CA's work on domestic retrofit to deliver warm, comfortable and affordable housing across the region. Prior to her role at the CA, Laura worked in housing policy and strategy roles for two London local authorities and most recently at the North East & Yorkshire Net Zero Hub.
